For le Bal 2002, 23 girls descended on the Hotel de Crillon to take part. These included Margherita Missoni in Ungaro, Mikhail Gorbachev’s granddaughter Xenia in Christian Dior and Katherine Embiricos, from the oldest Greek shipping family, in Thierry Mugler, along with Lady Natasha Rufus Isaacs and Belgium Princess Alix de Ligne.
The 10th Anniversary of le Bal, also included several elegant French girls, such as Amélie de la Bedoyére, wearing Chanel, and Sibylle de Tavernost wearing Cardin. The Debs were presented by French media personality Stephane Bern.
The event was in aid of ACV Development.
The Debs wore jewels by Mikimoto.
